Alexander is the Founder & Managing Partner at Porro Law.

Based in South Florida, Alexander specializes in representing entrepreneurs, emerging companies, and venture capital funds in a variety of industries across all stages of the business life cycle. He advises on company formations, venture capital financings, commercial transactions and mergers and acquisitions. He also serves as fractional general counsel, advising on a broad range of day-to-day corporate matters including commercial contract, employment, intellectual property, and corporate governance matters.

Prior to founding Porro Law, Alexander was a senior associate in the Emerging Companies & Venture Capital practice at Perkins Coie LLP and an associate in the Capital Markets and the Mergers & Acquisitions practices at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York.

Outside of work, Alexander can be found spending time with his wife and two sons.
